A successful campaign engages a cynical audience with relevant insight, builds brand consideration and provides the front line with collateral. It should take the audience on a journey, from initially piquing interest to face-to-face events. There needs to be an umbrella brand that brings everything produced together and immediately builds brand awareness. Once that brand is agreed, all collateral needs to be checked to ensure it adds credibility.
